Return & Cancellation Policy

At Soulful Sips, we take pride in handcrafting small-batch, fresh juices made with quality ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed. We do not accept returns.

Order Cancellations:
Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel their order for a full refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our contact form or emailed to us directly within this 24-hour window. After 24 hours, all orders are final and not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Pickup & Delivery Orders:
Pickup Orders: It is the customer’s responsibility to collect their order at the designated pickup time. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded or remade.
Local Delivery (within 30 minutes): Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery location. If no one is available and we are unable to deliver, the order will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
