Soulful Sips offers freshly made juice blends available for pickup and limited local delivery. All products are made to order with perishable ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns.

3. Order Cancellations and Refunds
    •    You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
    •    After 24 hours, orders are final and non-refundable.
    •    Once a product has been processed, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund.

4. Pickup & Delivery
    •    Pickup: Customers are responsible for collecting their orders at the selected pickup time and location.
    •    Delivery: Local delivery is available within a 30-minute radius. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is present to receive the delivery. Missed deliveries will not be refunded.
